Birth Control Ring Reminder1.5.2 - Google Play

Ring Reminder is a reminder app for the contraceptive vaginal ring: the small, flexible ring that releases hormones and stays in for a set number of days at a time.

With this method of contraception, it is important to insert and remove the ring at exactly the scheduled times. Ring Reminder alerts you at precisely those moments and lets you know about every upcoming change 24 hours in advance. All of your data is handled discreetly and is available to you alone.

What Ring Reminder gives you

• Overview: clear, at-a-glance cycle details, with the days remaining and the exact date and time of your next change
• Minute-accurate notifications for your ring change, plus an early reminder the day before
• Flexible ring usage: set how many days you stay with the ring and how many you want without it (commonly 21+7 days, or 28 days of continuous usage)
• Health diary: at every ring change, record your mood, bleeding and discharge, how the ring is sitting and other symptoms, with room for a note of your own
• History: a clearly structured overview of your cycles, including your notes, that you can manage at any time
• Ring inventory: get an automatic heads-up when you're running low on rings
• Period calendar: your whole ring cycle at a glance — the weeks with the ring, the ring-free days, and your past and upcoming cycles
• Personalization: shape the app the way you like it, with your own background image or a different color theme
• Available in 19 languages
• Discretion: your entries stay on your phone. Nothing is sent to us, and anything you export or add to your calendar is your own choice
• Intuitive to use
• Free to use, with no ads

Who it's for

Anyone who uses the ring for birth control and would rather not carry the dates around in their head. It's a cycle tracker built around a single moment — the change — and everything else in the app is there to support it.

More with Ring Reminder PLUS

• Additional notification: create your own notification with your own text and choose how many hours in advance you want to be informed
• Customized notifications: write your own wording to make notifications more personal, or to anonymize them and throw off anyone who happens to glance at your screen
• Calendar integration: add your ring dates to your phone's calendar and, if you like, have a calendar alarm remind you as well
• Export history: save your history as a CSV table or a PDF document and share it, for example with your doctor
• Turn off notifications: switch off the notification you get 24 hours before a ring change

Ring Reminder PLUS is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period, and the renewal price is shown. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time under Subscriptions in Google Play.

Please note

Ring Reminder supports you in using the contraceptive ring. It is a reminder and a diary: it does not provide contraception, it does not interpret your entries medically, and it is no substitute for the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. If you suddenly feel seriously unwell, please contact a doctor.

We'd love to hear your feedback, so we can keep improving the app and add the features you'd like to see.
